Cody has worked on music for multiple films and tv shows including The Rewrite starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei, Hal & Harper starring Mark Ruffalo and Lili Reinhart, and Disney’s Christmas film Noelle, which made him and his composing partner Clyde Lawrence the youngest composers to ever score a Disney movie.
Stolen Jars
Cody’s band Stolen Jars has become a fixture of the Brooklyn indie rock scene, having been featured in The New York Times, NPR, and Pitchfork, and lauded by David Byrne of The Talking Heads, all while touring across the US.
Hi-Lo Jack
Cody is one third of the group Hi-Lo Jack - alongside Clyde Lawrence (of soul-pop band Lawrence) and Dolapo Akinkugbe (AKA DAP The Contract). The band is a collaboration between three longtime friends from different musical worlds, challenging genre boundaries while crafting a cohesive sound all its own. The group’s debut album is coming out in 2026.
